Industrial Packaged Fire Pump Sets

NAFFCO package fire pump system consists of pumps, driver, controllers and accessories mounted on a common base frame. High quality UL / FM certified components are used in these systems complying with the requirements of NFPA 20. All necessary wiring between controllers and drivers are done at factory prior to shipment. The automatic air release valve, casing relief valve, suction gauge & discharge gauge are mounted on fire pumps and other accessories are mounted on pre-constructed interconnecting piping as required by NFPA 20. Pressure sensing lines are pre-installed on Electric, Diesel, and Jockey Controllers as per NFPA 20 requirements.

Sea Water Packaged Fire Pump Sets

Seawater Packaged Fire Pump Set is specifically designed to meet the challenging needs of seawater fire pump applications. Overall design of the package takes into account the severe marine atmospheric conditions under which these pump sets are intended to operate. The pumps are provided with internal epoxy coating to resist the corrosive nature of seawater. Pump control panel enclosure shall be made of Stainless Steel.

This pump set package shall include standard accessories necessary for the fire pump operation as required by the project specification. Pumps and control panels are tested prior to dispatch from factory in order to ensure the pump performance as per the design requirements.

Custom Configured Packaged Fire Pump Sets

These pumps are designed based on the special requirements from customers. Various types of pumps, those meets the basic functional requirements for firefighting applications, are utilized in this type of fire pump sets as required by the particular project specifications. Trailer mounted fire pump units and skid mounted fire pump sets with special features falls under this category.

Portable fire pump sets are provided with auto and manual priming system for negative suction operation. These pump sets can be used without any external power source. Each portable skid mounted fire pump sets includes diesel engine, suction and discharge manifold, fuel tank, priming tank, priming pump, controller and standard accessories.

Fire Pump Cloud System

The fire pump is considered the most important and critical equipment in the whole fire fighting system. It sits at the heart of any fixed fire fighting system – and if it doesn’t function as it should the consequences can be devastating. Due to this, it becomes very necessary to monitor a fire fighting pump on 24 / 7 basis. This is to make sure the system is running perfectly, and to get immediate alarms or messages in case of any failure, critical or abnormal situation, so as the dedicated maintenance team can do the necessary actions in early and immediate stages.

Towards this end, NAFFCO has launched the Cloud System which is a new innovative monitoring system that enables us to monitor your Fire Pump 24/7 where ever it is.

Automatic Fuel Filtration System

Specialists have proven that stored diesel fuel can start to deteriorate within just 28 days of refining. Researchers also confirmed that after 8 – 10 months, diesel fuel will start to form sludge if it stays still in the tanks increasing the chances of engine failure or damage, when required to operate. Fuel contamination is a major cause of premature shutdown for standby engines, generator sets, fire pump engines, and other diesel engine support functions. Contamination commences as soon as the storage tanks are filled and continues until the fuel is used. As the length of storage period increases, the probability for premature engine shutdown due to either clogged filters, or excessive water entrainment, increases. And here comes the high need of smart fuel filtration systems.

NAFFCO YH-FFS-01 programmable automated fuel filtration system is self-contained, stand-alone system that removes and prevents the build-up of water, sludge and contaminants in tanks. It stabilizes diesel and bio-fuels, eliminates microbial contamination to optimize and maintain fuel quality. It is designed to fulfill NFPA requirements in maintaining and cleaning fuel stored in fuel tanks in accordance with NFPA requirements.
